Blackpoll Founding Managing Partner Participates in the the 23rd Annual U.S.-China Trade Conference
Blackpoll Founding Managing Partner, Jabali Wells, M.D., M.B.A., M.Sc., served as a panelist at the 23rd Annual U.S.-China Trade Conference of the U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce (USCCC). The title of this year's event was, "Trade in the Landscape of New Technologies and Volatile Geopolitics", which took place on September 12 -13 in Chicago, IL.
Jabali participated on the panel, "Outsourcing, Resourcing, or Insourcing: Where to Find the Next Low-Cost Producers Close to Markets?", and discussed outsourcing and nearshoring trends in the life sciences sector. Likewise, he also participated in the panel, "Is Vietnam, Mexico, or Brazil an Alternative to China for U.S. Companies?", opining on the business cases for manufacturing in Vietnam, Mexico and Brazil, respectively.
