Anderson Adler is a Founder and Managing Partner at Blackpoll with 15+ years of private equity experience in Brazil and Latin America.
Prior to Blackpoll, Anderson was a private equity investment professional at Mubadala Capital. Previous to that, he was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking group, where he was involved in M&A in transactions in the infrastructure, healthcare, and technology industries throughout Latin America. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse in London.
Anderson earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and an M.B.A from the London Business School. A native of Brazil, he is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
